Weekend!!

This post is probably going to be the first of many random ones!

• I'm fairly certain I've decided on a career path...and I'm PUMPED! :) I'm keeping it a secret for now. J and Mom know though, and they approve.


• J has been working crazy hours lately (9-midnight; midnight-6am; etc), but he's finally done and back to a regular schedule. He's being a pretty awesome husband today by cleaning up the house, cleaning out the car, and taking it to get the AC fixed..FINALLY! I am a very happy wife.


• My family is visiting in less than a month! YAAAY! J's mom was supposed to come in the other day on a layover, but wasn't able to make it because her flight was delayed. I am beyond ready to see a familiar face out here.

J and I are going to see Transformers tonight..he's been counting down the days and we finally found a time to go!

Here we go!

I've been trying to get motivated for my first post for a while now. I never feel like I'm going to have anything interesting to say, but today I decided to just go for it.

While this blog is intended for family/friends back home..I realize that other people may end up reading it. I'm going to refer to my husband as J and myself as A mainly because of J's career. OPSEC has a lot to do with it too! :)

We're trying to get our cameras charged so we can post pictures of our house/new puppy. Hopefully in the next post I'll have those pictures!
